Single Room In Quiet, Comfy Alexandra Park Flat

I am looking for a mature, cat-friendly, quiet and tidy lodger for the single room in my flat from mid April. Either a postgraduate student or a busy professional would be ideal.
The flat is a ground floor purpose built Victorian maisonette in a friendly neighbourhood. It has a large living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and garden. The room to let is a small but comfortable and cosy single room. There is extra storage space under the bed. The flat has the usual mod cons - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, broadband, central heating. A cleaner comes fortnightly.
I am a friendly, quiet and private person. I am retired and spend a lot of my time at home or involved in local activities such as music and campaigning. I need time and space to myself but also enjoy interesting conversation and socialising from time to time. I am self-sufficient and respectful and would expect you to be the same. I am moderately disabled and would appreciate your help with a few small tasks, such as taking out the rubbish/recycling, changing lightbulbs, etc.
It is important that we are compatible and can get along, and therefore there would be an initial trial period of two months for both of us to find out if it is working OK.
