Sunny single room near tube + park. Shortterm fine

The house is less than 5 minutes from Wood Green tube and shops; nearby there are two gyms and two cinemas. The street is small and friendly and close to Alexandra Palace and park, great for walking and running. There's a cafe on the corner of the road and I have a bike locker at the front. As well as the tube, Alexandra Park train station is 10 minutes away; trains go to Moorgate among other places.

The room is a single and has a bedside table, wardrobe with drawers, under-bed drawers, desk and two bookcases / shelf units. All are in good condition. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

I'm looking for someone who is quiet, independent and friendly, and who goes out to work or to study. If you want to share a cuppa or glass of wine occasionally that's good. I have a cat and garden. The kitchen is small but there is a shared room off the kitchen. I don't eat meat but I do occasionally eat fish. NB. I don't have a microwave.

I work full-time (not at home) and like films, reading, art, music, walking and cycling holidays. Sometimes my son or friends come to stay; occasionally a family member or a friend of yours might be able to do the same and use the double room.
