Double room to rent in Wood Green, North London

Hello,

I have a double room to rent in a peaceful victorian house in Wood Green, North London. The street is wide, tree-lined and very quiet as it's not a through road.

I would describe the dynamic and feel of the house as friendly, open-minded, creative, relaxed and positive. It's not really a party house (although hopefully not boring!) so more likely to suit a busy professional who wants a homely place to retreat to - a 'safe space' as my last housemate called it!

It's likely that I'll be renting a second room in the house at some point in the future so there will be a maximum of 3 people in the house.

The room is downstairs at the front of the property and has a high ceiling and a bay window. It comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, shelves, black-out blinds and a mirror.

Kitchen, lounge, large bathroom and garden to share.

Alexandra Palace and park which hosts international artists and events throughout the year is just 10 mins away on the W3 bus which stops at the end of the street.

It's only 2 stops on the bus (7 mins walk) to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly Line) and shopping centre which has pretty much everything - Primark, Argos, Lidl, cinema, gym, recycling centre, Boots, TK Maxx, Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury's and Morrisons etc.

From the house it would take approximately 30 mins to get to Oxford Circus station.

The house is just the right distance away from the shopping centre to be convenient but still very quiet.

The rent is £900 per calendar month all inclusive.

Rent includes council tax and Wifi.

Deposit £500.
