Double bedroom (annual contract)

Hi! My name is Fay and I’m one of the two current tenants. We are looking for a 3rd considerate person to join our lovely home and the annual agreement. This is NOT sublet.

Our cosy flat:
3 bedroom split level flat, 2 bathrooms but you'll be having your own bathroom. The flat benefits from a lounge, separate kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave.

Excellent location:
3min walk from Finchley Central Station(Northern line) and close to all the local amenities on Ballards Lane. There is a pure gym really close by (5min walk), a stunning park (less than a 2min walk), many nice take aways, and plenty of green outdoor space nearby!


A little bit about us:
We are 2 professionals and a lovely pomeranian. Fay works for a peacebuilding organisation as a Membership Officer and Katharina is on her 3rd year of her PhD in International Relations (but don’t worry we won’t bombard you with questions about politics). We are both friendly and enjoy a good talk every now and then, if you’re up to, but also appreciate to spend time on our own as life in London can get very busy. Cooper (Fay’s dog) is quiet, unfortunately he had an accident in April so he keeps himself to himself and slowly recovering.

Please note that our landlord does not accept smokers in the house under any circumstances. Also, the main wardrobe in your room is damaged, I highly recommend replacing it unless you don’t mind it being flimsy.
Also, given the circumstances of the ongoing pandemic, we’re looking for a considerate and responsible person that respects guidance on health and social distancing if necessary.
Approximately bills/month:
£12 internet/per person
£70 council tax/per person (overestimated)
£30-60 gas/water/electricity/per person


-Couples are welcome (rent increases to £850 per month)
