Hi! Looking for a friendly flatmate in a spacious and bright three bedroom flat. The room is a double, with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and space for a desk if you need. It has a big open plan living space (filled with houseplants) and a great kitchen with a breakfast bar, but the best thing is the massive terrace and garden which gets the sunset every evening. Big bathroom with a double shower plus a second toilet. We current tenants are 1m/1f acting grads, and looking for someone friendly who will be up for a glass of wine on the terrace in the sun! Flat is 10 mins from Finchley Central tube (northern line, 15 mins into central), and there's loads of shops and amenities near by, including a big tesco, waitrose and lidl and restaurants and cafes. Behind the flat are really lovely woods - perfect for walks - and it is a very family friendly area and feels really safe (3 women have lived here for 2 years and none of us have ever felt unsafe walking home).
