En Suite Room in a modern flat N3 

Hi, myself (Malachy) and my partner Rosie are renting out an en suite room in a three bed apartment/house. The current couple occupying the room are moving after staying with us for over a year.

The room is medium sized and the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet. The house and development was built in 2022. The Road is Edgewood Mews. The photos and videos included are a mixture of our own and pictures from the brochure.

The living room and kitchen are open plan and there is a good sized outdoor terrace connected to them. There is a balcony that goes between the other two bedrooms. We are not looking to fill the other smallest bedroom so we would plan to use it as an office or for very short-term stays for friends etc. So you would be welcome to use it when free.

15-20 min walk to Finchley Central (Northern Line)
Theres also lots of buses outside the house which are about a 5~ minute journey to Golders Green station.
There is also underground parking available if you have a car.

Bills included

Couples are welcome but there would be a slight increase in rent to account for this (£100pm).

Move in date from February 15th, though earlier in Feb may be possible.

About us:

We are two professionals, I work for the NHS and Rosie as an energy consultant. We mostly work hybrid so around three days in the office per week.

We both enjoy running, going on walks and trying out different pubs, cooking, buying plants, talking (moaning) about politics, and planning trips away!

Housemate(s) Preference:

We are looking for either a single person or couple who we get on well with. We would be up for doing joint activities together but are also happy if you want to do your own thing! Most importantly we want to have a friendly vibe where everyone can feel relaxed at home.

Naturally we would expect you to be clean and tidy, and be okay with us inviting friends over occasionally (of course you can invite people over too!).
