We have a bright and spacious double bedroom available in our lovely Finchley flat from the 6th of October. The room comes fully furnished with loads of built-in storage.

The flat is perfect for someone looking for a warm and friendly home. We’re two professional women looking for the right person to share our space with and create a comfortable, respectful living environment.

The shared areas include a generous living room with a comfy sofa bed, a TV, and a large dining table – great for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a large fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We also have a private garden with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and even a trampoline, which makes summer evenings really enjoyable. A balcony connected to the living room leads down into the garden, giving the space a nice indoor-outdoor feel. The flat has double glazing and gas heating with radiators throughout, so it stays cosy in the winter. There’s plenty of storage space available.

About the room: it’s a good-sized double with large windows. It comes furnished and offers excellent storage. The bathroom is shared and has a big shower.

Now a bit about us: we’re two friendly and easygoing women. One of us works from home during the day, and the other starts work very early in the mornings, so we’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, and respectful of our routines. Ideally, you don’t work from home. We’re social and love a good chat or shared meal, but this isn’t a party flat – we value a quiet and calm home during the week. That said, a bit of weekend fun is always welcome!
Bills are not included and they are roughly £160 per month (which covers gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and council tax) but it might vary with the usage.

The flat is located in Finchley Central, a 10 minute walk from the tube station, great transport links, shops and cafes nearby.
