You'd be sharing with a 26-year-old PhD student (Computational Biology). I've lived here happily for almost two years. The flat is clean, tidy and genuinely feels like a home — not just a place to crash.

▸ Comes semi-furnished with a wardrobe and good storage space
▸ Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room
▸ Bonus: the rest of the furniture (bed, bookshelves, drawers, etc.) can stay for £100 if you'd like — great if you're moving light!

▸ 6-minute walk to Finchley Central tube (Northern line — direct to King's Cross, Angel, the City and West End)
▸ Surrounded by supermarkets, cafés and restaurants
▸ Loads of green spaces nearby — great for runs or weekend walks

💰 THE COSTS

Rent: £850/month
Bills: ~£60-80/month (depending on season)
Council tax: Band D — your flatmate is a PhD student and exempt,
so you'd qualify for the 25% single occupancy discount
(or may be exempt yourself if you're a student).

Total all-in: roughly £980-1000/month

📅 MOVE-IN DATE

Available from late March — but flexible. Whether you need to move end of March or prefer a later April start, we can work around you. Just ask!
