A bright and beautifully presented private room with your own bathroom is available in our quiet home in Finchley, North London.

The house is owner-occupied by a friendly Japanese-Australian couple who have lived in London for many years. We offer a calm, welcoming and respectful home environment, particularly suitable for someone who values privacy, cleanliness and a peaceful place to live.

The room is fully furnished and includes:

Double bed
Wardrobe
Desk
Private bathroom
Wi-Fi
All bills included

The kitchen and living areas are shared with us.

The house is located in a pleasant residential area, around 15 minutes’ walk from Finchley Central Station, with easy access to the Northern Line and Central London.

We are looking for a female lodger, aged 18 or over, who is clean, considerate and non-smoking.

The room would be particularly suitable for:

A professional working in London
A postgraduate or mature student
Someone newly arriving in the UK
A short-term visitor looking for a comfortable and secure base
Someone who prefers a quiet home rather than a busy shared flat

Short- and long-term stays are both considered.
