****IMPORTANT******* Looking for a person whose behavior is respectful, quiet, and tidy as it is of the two people already living in. You will be asked to leave the flat in case you are desperate to get a cheap room in our home by lying (miserably) about being clean, tidy, and respectful.
Please be aware of that, and refrain from contacting us if you don't meet the requirements. We are afraid that you won't feel comfortable here in that case.
