Sadly me and my partner are leaving this dream of a place as we are moving home. It's the ideal double bedroom with private en suite bathroom in a great location surrounded by parks, short walk to Manor House Tube station, Stoke Newington & West Reservoir. Free parking(!) & spacious garage. It is honestly the best place we have ever lived (and with amazing people!) so we hope to find either another great couple or person to replace us.

The Room.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the room is very light and airy, getting the sun in the morning. It’s a great size (photos doesn't do it justice) with a lot of space and storage within the built-in wardrobes. The room has an en suite bathroom which will be solely yours, including toilet, sink and shower.

The House.

A 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, a shared lounge, large kitchen diner, 2 shared bathrooms, a private garage, private garden and off street parking on the driveway. It has central heating throughout and a smart meter. You will be sharing with 3 others between 28-35yrs old, all working full time and with a super awesome dog (see pic!). We might be bias but you'd be living with the best people!

Housemates.

We are all musical people, love going out to see a gig and everything London has to offer. Our house is chilled, we have a good rhythm of hang out time and personal time and lots of opportunities for Dog cuddles! We look forward to meeting you!

The location is superb, while the house is situated on a quiet road off the Main Street, we are within 10 minutes walk from:
