A bit about the flat..

The room available is a bright double large room. The room is unfurnished but I would be willing to negotiate for some of the pieces if interested.

It is a first floor flat located directly opposite and overlooking, Clissold Park in Stoke Newington. It is a short walking distance from Arsenal, Finsbury Park and Canonbury stations.

The bathroom is modern with a bath, shower and separate toilet. There is a balcony overlooking the park and shared living room & dining area. There are communal gardens below as well as a storage facility in the basement for bikes and extra bits.

We have a private landlord, so there are no hidden fees etc. All bills are paid separately.

I have lived here for 4 years, along with 2 other friendly, respectful flat mates who work in journalism and HR.
The flat is social and homely, so we are looking for someone who would be a good fit for the household.
