Massive room mid December - late March

A spacious, bright and fully furnished double room, available from late December till the end of March. The room is super warm (not kidding!!), double glazing and south facing, so lots of natural light all day.

The apartment:

Our place is located on the 2nd floor on a very green and quiet street (almost no traffic at all!). Super well connected by public transport (Bus and night buses, Finsbury Park and Manor House Tube stops around the corner), and a stone's throw away from Clissold Park and the amazing Church street.
The house is not the newest but it's well looked after, very clean and quiet. All furniture will stay (although I'll remove all personal items).

The price:

£600 deposit
£850 a month which includes ALL bills (Internet, electricy and gas, Council tax band C, and water).

Open to hear from people who might need the room for less than 3 months as well

You:

We are looking for CLEAN and organized working professional ir mature student. Sorry, no party animals!
It's ok if you're not a vegetarian, but it would be amazing if we could keep a meat-free kitchen if possible :) as one of us has been vegan for a long time.

You will be expected to help us look after the place, wash after yourself and keep the place nice and tidy, the usual stuff :)

Your flatmates:

- Max (31, English -and a bit Italian) works in sustainability for a London uni. Loves keeping active, cooking and gigs. He doesn't spend much time in the house, but he's super chilled and really lovely.
- Narumi (30, Japanese) - Another lovely human being. She works in eco / climate tech. WFH + office and loves watching series, reading, hiking and picnics in the park.

Please note the place has no living room but we hang out in the kitchen quite often while we cook / eat dinner, prepare breakfast, etc.

The contract:

The landlord has agreed to accept a short sub let for my room. However, I would like to get you referenced (I'm happy to pay for it) and we will sign a sort of written agreement for the days you'll be staying in the room, so there's no room for confusion.
