Single room to rent on top floorss of my house ..

The room is situated in the house above the landlord... Two students, one Indian and the other from Taiwan have already rented two of the rooms. The room available is a single room. with a single bed, table, chair, and wardrobe. It also has an armchair. The bathroom and kitchen are shared spaces. and should be cleaned after use. The nearest bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. The nearest tube is a 6-10 mins walk! There are shops within walking distance too, including Sainsbury's, ALDI, Matalan, Sport's Direct and Tk max.
PLEASE NOTE: The bills are not included. (The bills are around 125 - 130 pounds a month per person.)
