Beautiful, spacious sublet in N4

Hello! I am subletting my beautiful double room in our lovely, friendly, queer house near Clissold Park.
Available from 2 Jan - 25 Jan.
A sociable bunch of people in our 30s from Ireland, South Korea, South Africa and Australia. If we’re not out and about, we often hang out in the kitchen while cooking dinner or unwind watching TV or a movie (film enthusiasts). We are a friendly household, but the house is very big, so there is plenty of space if you want some down time on your own.

THE HOUSE: The house has four large communal spaces: lounge, dining room, kitchen and garden. We also have a basement if you need storage. And there’s also space in the hallway for a bike if you’re a cyclist.

THE ROOM: The room is on the top floor, has high ceilings and several large windows that face out to the front garden. It gets lovely light and also has an adjoining room with a kitchenette that doubles as a handy workspace. Welcome to WFH.

LOCATION: The house is located between Clissold Park and Finsbury Park. There is also a reservoir with a nature reserve and a climbing centre nearby. The house has great transport links and is only a 10–15-minute walk from both Arsenal and Finsbury Park Stations, with bus stops a two-minute walk just around the corner.
