The property is a three bedroom terraced house with a large kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), a large living room and a garden. I'm hoping to find a quiet, tidy, non-smoking professional to rent the spare bedroom on a Monday-to-Friday bases only **MON to FRI**. The kitchen, the living room and garden on the ground floor are shared with me, also the bathroom/WC on the first floor.
My name is Freddie and I am the house owner. I'm 55 and work in TV. I have an 9 year old son who lives with his mum in Edinburgh. I visit him often. He visits me occasionally.
The property is near both Crouch Hill station (London overground train) and Finsbury Park station/tube (London underground and National Rail). The house is near Stroud Green high street, as well as Crouch End, Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk. Stroud Green is a great area with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
