**MON TO FRI ONLY** bedroom available to rent, in tidy smart house - Monday to Friday only - would suit a professional commuter.

A small bright bedroom on the first floor overlooking the back garden. The property is a three bedroom terraced house with a large kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), a large living room and a garden. I am the house owner and I'm hoping to find a quiet, tidy, non-smoking professional to rent my spare room to. This is a Monday-to-Friday rental only. The room is not available at weekends **MON to FRI ONLY**. The kitchen, the living room and garden on the ground floor are shared with me, also the bathroom/WC on the first floor.

My name is Freddie, 56 years old and I work in TV. I have a 9 year old son who lives with his mum in Edinburgh. I visit him often. He visits me and stays with me occasionally.

The property is near both Crouch Hill station (London overground train) and Finsbury Park station/tube (London underground and National Rail). The house is very close to Stroud Green Road as well as Crouch End, Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk. Stroud Green is a great area with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
