Hey there!
We are Callum, Lauren & Leo, we’re looking for a fourth (preferably female) housemate for our gorgeous terraced home near Highbury/Finsbury Park!
About the house/room.
- Located a cruisy 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and surrounded by lovely high streets and shops
- The room is approx 2.5x3.2m and comes furnished with double bed, bedside table + wardrobe.
- Large, airy, recently renovated kitchen/dining/living space downstairs to make up for the cozy room, plus a nice garden! There's also lots of extra storage space in the attic and basement.
- 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo - you’ll be sharing the first floor bathroom with Callum
- We expect bills to be an extra £120 or so per month each, we are also considering hiring a cleaner to come monthly for the crappy jobs
- Council tax band F (£54.50 per person per month)
We are pre-existing friends who met through bouldering, but also have our own separate social groups and interests.
- Callum moved here from Australia last April and is working remotely as an IT consultant. Outside of work he loves rock climbing/camping trips, cold beer, sweaty gigs/techno nights and vego cooking.
- Leo moved to London from northern Italy ~3 years ago, and likes climbing, dinner parties and hosting people in general, TV shows and spotting squirrels and foxes and other local fauna around London.
- Lauren has lived in the UK for the past three years, after several years in New York City and France. She works for a fintech startup as a data scientist and likes climbing, team sports, solo traveling, and other people’s vegetarian cooking.
We are looking for a sociable housemate, who is able to help keep the place tidy and quiet during the week and is also happy to share a few drinks on the weekend and maybe watch a movie together once in a while (and help us plan a housewarming party!). As we all work 9-5 jobs, a professional on a similar schedule is preferred, as is a woman to even out the gender balance.
