3 Large Rooms in Bright and Colourful Warehouse

Priority given to visual artists and anyone in need of space for creative endeavours.

We've recently been through a bit of a transition period, and are now focusing on revamping our space, so bonus points if you've got DIY skills, big ideas, and/or just generally up for mucking in and investing in the house and household.

THE HOUSE

Multiple spacious open-plan living and studio areas, generous double kitchen (two ovens, two sinks, microwave, kettle, washing machine, communal pots, plates etc), two wet rooms, two separate toilets, and a bathroom, all shared between 15 housemates.

Located right at the heart of the Manor House warehouse district, with locally-run venues and events literally on your doorstep, there’s ample opportunity to actually get to know your neighbours(!), make new friends, and seek creative collaborations from the huge pool of collective skills and talents. Join a growing community of like-minded creative types in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

HOUSEHOLD

We're all friendly and liberal, open minded people, with our own creative interests; artists, musicians, performers, tattoos, fashion design, catching mice and afternoon sunbeams... 😺 While we often enjoy a few drinks together at the weekend, we’re respectful of each other and aim for more relaxed family feel than party house.

THE ROOM

All rooms are good sized doubles (for single occupation) with space for a sofa and desk etc, plus space in the communal areas for creative or desk-based pursuits. Each room is a blank canvas awaiting your touch and you’re very welcome to make it your own.

Please note we do not have external windows in our bedrooms; there's an airflow system bringing fresh air from outside, and internal windows to let a little light in via the big windows in the living spaces. The main communal space gets a nice amount of light during the day, but if you need the sun to wake you up, this is not the house for you :)

A FEW EXTRAS

- 8 minute walk or a few minutes on the bus to Manor House, Seven Sisters, or Stamford Hill - 15 min walk, 5 mins on bus to Finsbury Park and Haringey Green Lanes.

- Available immediately, flexible move in dates and rolling monthly contracts. £750/month, all bills and weekly cleaner included.

- Security Deposit only £50. First and last month’s rent paid in advance. Rent due on the 1st of each month. Rent/Bills amount increases annually but usually reasonable/small %. We've just had a rent increase, so not due one for a long while.

- Due to being host to the world's most beautiful pest control team, we're currently unable to accommodate any other large pets. Susan is always seeking new friends though, so cat lovers to the front please ❤️
