I am a married, LGBT, Senior Exec. looking for a professional, fun, clean and tidy room mate to rent 1 of the 3 double bedrooms in my recently refurbished mews house near the Arsenal Stadium.

I am married and based in The Cotswolds full time, but tend to stay at the house 1 - 2 nights per week, mainly for work.

The house is tucked away in a quiet, secure, electric-gated mews at the bottom of Blackstock Road, with easy access to all the fabulous cafes and restaurants Highbury has to offer.

The whole house is kitted out from top to bottom with a state of the art kitchen and bathrooms, and a fully integrated AV system.

The available bedroom is a stylish, comfortable double, with black out blinds and a large, fully integrated designer wardrobes. The room also has its own bathroom (not en-suite), finished in slate with its own bath and shower.

The house is arranged over 3 floors and flooded with natural light. The first floor offers a vast, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a separate cloak-room.

The kitchen is finished with all Bosch integrated appliances: 2 ovens, microwave, coffee machine, separate fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a private roof terrace on the second floor.

The house enjoys super-fast broadband and all bills are included.
