Double Room in cute artsy warehouse

Large double room in a 3 bedroom converted warehouse - part of the Manor House warehouse community.

The room comes unfurnished but has two windows and is cosy throughout winter and cooler in the summer.

We are looking for someone who likes to socialise a lot and spend time hanging out at home or at the local pub, sharing meals regularly, helping with cleaning each week and ideally someone who wants to get involved with putting on events in the warehouse as we do music jams, small parties etc each month.

When there’s no parties happening we are pretty chill and spend time working from home as artists, cooking and cleaning or just catching up together or with our neighbours in other warehouses.

One shared bathroom between three of us, communal kitchen and living room space. Great water pressure in the shower.

House kitty is included in rent (cleaning products, communal tea/coffee, toilet paper etc)

The room is available long term or short term and would suit a musician, dj, or artist with a lot of energy and good vibes. We have musical equipment in the main room already as well as some decent speakers and basic dj equipment.

Rent price includes all bills, internet, Now TV (you need your own smart tv to access), toilet rolls and kitchen roll, and all cleaning products too

living with artists/musicians/producers/djs so someone creative/musical/artistic would be great

10 mins from FInsbury Park, great connection to local shops (Sainsburys, Aldi, TK Maxx as well as local Turkish shops alonf Green Lanes etc)

Close to Manor House Station, Harringay Green Lanes station, Seven Sisters station and more

Social - someone who wants to be friends and hang out. The warehouses have a huge social scene and especially as the summer comes around there will be lots happening both at our place and throughout the community

Able to clean (not just clean up after yourself but actually do some real cleaning in the warehouse every week such as hoovering the main space, cleaning the bathroom, emptying bins or cleaning kitchen cupboards, etc)

Muiscal and/or artistic

Experienced living with others and overcoming conflicts/finding solutions without making things personal

If you are good at DIY then that's a huge bonus point as we love to do home projects together and there are always new things we can be working on

Understands that living with artists and musicians can be chaotic and messy, but that doesn't mean trashing the place or ignoring our responsibilities to the space and to each other

Kind, friendly, confident but able to set boundaries and respect others boundaries

Neurodivergent friendly and LGBTQIA+ friendly

Please nobody who wants to shut themselves in their room a lot of the time

Unfortunately we are not able to accept anyone on benefits at this time due to the nature of the contracts we have on this space

We run regular music jams, djs sets, etc and often work from home on projects so it would be great to have someone else who likes this style of living
