Bedroom has a double bed, a desk (can be removed), chest of drawers and has a massive built-in illuminated wardrobe. Bathroom has a bathtub and will be shared with one person only.

5 minutes by walk from the Manor House station (10 minutes tube ride to KingsX).

*There's a Sainsbury's and a post office literally off the corner. Just a stone's throw away are the beautiful parks maintained by Berkeley's that belong to this development. Additionally there are two water reservoirs (one offering water sports and kayak rentals, the other one is a protected wildlife reservation). Castle climbing center is about 10 minutes by walk.

About the flat:
*Everything here is in mint condition and to a high standard; underfloor heating with control for each room, kitchen fully equipped with Siemens appliances (dishwasher and wine cooler incl.) brand new extra freezer, digital Bosch washing machine with dryer, 500Mbit (can be increased to 1Gb) unlim hyperoptic internet with network integrated sockets in each room, spacious living room with a balcony. We have a cleaner coming twice or 3 times a month (flexible).

*We're young professionals, working in software development (currently mostly working from home). We're really laid back, easy going, no drama people. We're quite social, but we do appreciate space as well.
