Double en-suite in 2 bed flat near Clissold Park

Hi I’m Connor, I’m looking for someone to fill the other room in a 2 bed flat near Clissold Park, Castle Climbing Centre and West Reservoir Centre. Roughly 5-10 walk from Manor House and 10-15 walk from Finsbury Park. 1st floor with no lift. Available 1st August but current flatmate is moving in with his partner so can be flexible for sooner.

The room is a double with en-suite and comes furnished with a large desk and office chair, double bed and a large wardrobe (not wedded to any of these so you can replace them if you like). The rest of the flat is furnished and has separate kitchen and living room.

I work in tech and remote full time so am usually around in the day unless I’m travelling. The vibe is relaxed, I’m laid back, like music, cooking, running, climbing, a pub quiz and nice restaurants.

£950 pcm plus bills (roughly £190).
