A bright and spacious double room with your own private bathroom (full-sized bath, mirrored wall and plenty of storage). The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and enough space for a desk if you work from home.

🏡 The Flat
A modern, south-facing apartment with sunlight throughout the day, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living room, and a large balcony overlooking greenery.

The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, underfloor heating, wine cooler etc. but more importantly, it’s a home that’s intentionally looked after and enjoyed.

I’m an actor and Agile Coach working in Tech. I have lived in India, Italy and around the UK. I work from home several days a week and enjoy cooking, films, long walks, movement, good conversation and creating a calm, warm home environment.

I’m social and friendly but also really value downtime, personal space and living with ease.

For me, home is a place to rest, recharge and feel at ease — somewhere that feels calm, cared for and easy to inhabit.

I really value shared living where there’s mutual respect, open communication, and a natural sense of consideration for one another. I enjoy the occasional shared meal, film night or catch-up, but also appreciate having space to do our own thing.

I’m looking for someone who feels similarly and wants to help create that kind of home together.

👀 Looking For Someone Who...
- Is naturally clean, tidy and respectful in shared spaces (this is important to me)
- Resets shared spaces after using them - whether that’s the kitchen or the living room space
- Values a peaceful, welcoming home rather than a chaotic or purely functional flatshare
- Is easygoing, self-aware and comfortable communicating openly if something comes up
- Is considerate around guests and shared space, with good communication and mutual respect
- sees shared living as collaborative, where both people contribute to the atmosphere, care and ease of the space.

This probably won’t be the right fit if:
- You’re looking for a party flat
- Home is mainly a crash pad between social plans
- You tend to be very loud in shared spaces or leave communal areas messy/cluttered
- You prefer avoiding communication when small issues come up
- You are a couple or are looking to regularly host your partner

💸 Bills
Usually around £150–£220 per person/month depending on season and usage.

📅 Move-in: 15 July. Earlier date between 1-14th July can be worked out if needed.
