Small double room available in flat share in N4

We are looking for a temporary room-mate for our flat in FInsbury Park whilst our flatmate is away - room available from July to end August/early September. £800 pcm or £200pw.

The flat has a large living room, as well as a kitchen with dining table. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, and one with toilet and sink (and one room has its own en-suite so these are mostly shared between two flatmates). The room itself is quite small but has decent wardrobe space and storage, and the occupant would have access to a workspace in the living room if needing to wfh. Great transport links nearby, and close to shops, pubs, parks and pools.

We are two professionals in their 30s working in the creative and tech non-profit sectors.

We are hoping to do viewings on 3rd July! I am away from 26th June to 1st July and may not be able to respond in that window, but will pick all messages up on my return.
