We’re also a stone’s throw away from Clissold Park, the beautiful West Reservoir, a small Sainsburys, Cafe as well as the gorgeous Church Street just a 10 minute walk through the park. Lots of bus options too, the 141 goes all the way to London Bridge & also the 341 which goes to Waterloo.

About us:
Steph & Grace, both mid-30s, both professionals. Steph is Irish, has lived in London for over 10 years and works as a event manager for a tech company with a mix of working from home and 2-3 days working in the office. Grace is South Afriacn and has lived in London for several years, a videographer and photographer and so has a mix of working from home and on location.

We’re sociable and friendly, and are looking forward to creating a peaceful, happy home with each other and our new housemate. We have our own lives but happy to socialise too. . We both like a clean home so it’s important to us to find housemates that feel the same. We really want to make the house feel like a home and so are looking for a lovely person similar to us to complete our house share 🤗

Bills:
£875 for the room + 1 months rent deposit Bills TBC but will be divided equally by the 3 tenants.
