Room available in lovely warehome

Hello!

We are a friendly and social house, looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely warehouse from August.

Ground floor warehouse unit featuring a large open living space, kitchen and dining area. Two bathrooms, and a large courtyard outside shared with neighbours. We love to eat meals together, watch TV, listen to music, do crafts etc.

We are a warehouse, but we're not a party warehouse. We have fun, but we're looking for someone who wants to live respectfully in a nice clean space. We have a weekly cleaning rota and we're pretty on it.

The money stuff:
Rent is 700, and with bills it comes to about 800pcm. We have a shared spreadsheet for bills, including:

electricity, gas, water, council tax, wifi, coffee, cooking oil, cleaning stuff, ambience-facilitating-candles etc.
