Looking for new flatmate to join us (Alice - 26, Lily - 24, Jemima - 24, Alex - 25) in our 5 bed North London house.
The Room:
Bright first floor room at the front of the house, gets gorgeous sunlight throughout the day!
Bed, mattress and wardrobe included.
The House:
5 bed with a shared living room, 2 bathrooms, 1.5 kitchens and a garden!
The house is just a 5 minute walk to the overground, the gym, and supermarkets and a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station. We’re well connected by bus and surrounded by so many restaurants and parks.
About us:
Sadly our flatmate is moving away so we’re looking for someone to take on her room. We’re all working professionals, get on well and enjoy socialising together, going to the pub, throwing garden parties, cooking dinner or watching films together.
Dates:
We’re looking for someone to sign on to our lease from 15th Aug 2024-15th Aug 2025.
Move in date is the 15th August 2024, but the room could potentially be available earlier if needed.
Bills:
Bills usually work out to just over £100pcm per person (including council tax/wifi/water/gas&electric)
No students sorry :(
