ROOM: Spacious and generously furnished -double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobes, table & chair, bookshelves. Lovely room, tall sash windows that let the sunshine in! Ideal for a couple, but singles are welcome too! There is also a smaller study with table and shelves which is currently shared for storage by all, but you could have exclusive use of it for a little extra rent.

FLAT: It is a big beautiful ground floor apartment, high ceilings, two bedrooms, a spacious hallway, large kitchen/dining and living rooms. The living room and kitchen have french doors that lead to our garden with barbeque, deck chairs, etc where we've already had some great bbqs in the lat yr. The house also has loads of storage space, white-goods included and broadband. The initial contract will be for 6 months and can be extended at the end of it. Bills to be shared. All we ask is that you share responsibility of keeping common areas clean. Just stuff like taking out the garbage sometimes, etc. Please check the video!

AREA and ACCESS: The flat is just round the corner from Crouch End (5-7 min walk) with all the little bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Easy public transport - Crouch Hill rail station is 2-3 min walk, Finsbury Park Tube station (Victoria & Picadilly lines, Overground, Rail) is a 10 min bus ride on W7 or 15 min brisk walk along Stroud Green Road. W7 route bus stop is right outside the gate. Everything you may need on a day-to-day basis is within easy walking distance.

FLATMATES: Briefly, about us - My boyfriend (Mark, Dutch) and I(Reshma, Indian) are currently living here. Our flatmate is moving out so he can be closer to his workplace, in the first week of June. But we LOVE the flat and don't want to move elsewhere. We both love to travel, adventure, exploring, music, food and drink, museums. Mark is into sports, fitness, football, mountain biking, while I like fine arts, crafts, humour, books, cooking and Rock.

We are looking for friendly roommate(s) who would like to share an occasional drink/dinner, have a laugh and chill out.
