Availability:
Room available 26 November, but need to be filled by 1 December 2024. The sooner we find renters, the better.
Preferences:
While we are open to all renters, we prefer single professionals.
Couples will be charged an additional £150 per month (£35 per average 4.345 week p/mo) to account for increased energy and water costs.
Pros & Cons of Living Here
Pros:
• Well-Located: A 15-minute walk to either Seven Sisters or Manor House tube stations.
• Central Heating: Ensuring comfort during winter.
• Large Kitchen: Equipped with a dishwasher (!!!).
• Balcony: For fresh air and relaxation.
• Reasonable Rent: For London standards, at least.
• Warehouse Community: Ask for details about our vibrant community.
Cons:
• Shared Bathroom: One large bathroom shared between four rooms.
• Potential for Higher Energy Bills in Winter: due to heating the large common space.
Additional Information:
Monthly Raves: Approximately once a month, the warehouse community may hold a rave starting Friday or Saturday evening and running until the next morning (2 AM to 4 AM).
Our flat does not participate, but you may hear music from the flat below. If this is a dealbreaker, now you know.
Rental Agreement:
Renters will need to sign a Lodger Agreement, where rent is technically paid weekly. The damage deposit is one month’s rent (1 week's rent multiplied by the 4.345 average number of weeks in a month per year). The Lodger Agreement provides you with rights and us with safety.
Additional Note:
Pet-Friendly: The flat houses a small, exceptionally clean, and quiet Scottish Terrier. If you do not like dogs, this flat is not for you.
