Double Room in beautiful Harringay flat

Double room in shared flat on Harringay Green lanes available to sublet for 1 year (somewhat flexible).

We are looking for a female tenant to join existing flatmates Rosie (28, actor/fitness instructor) and Bri (25, midwife). It's a 3rd floor flat in a shared building, 5min walk to Harringay Green Lanes, 10mins to Manor House, and very close to Finsbury Park. Lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants and shops in the area.

All bills covered in the price, including wifi and toilet roll subscription!

Ideally looking for someone with a stable income, who is clean, friendly and has their own life in London. We socialise sometimes as a flat but mainly do our own thing as we're all quite busy! Both existing flatmates will occasionally work from home.

The room is fully furnished (bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf) as is the open plan kitchen/living room.
