Lovely little flat in excellent location

This place really is a steal, I have been living here nearly 2 years and the only reason I am moving out is because I am moving in with my gf.

The room is bright and good-sized double . We have a large living room with adjoining balcony that looks over our communal garden and Clissold Park. It's a small kitchen so if you are really big into cooking it might not be the right fit for you, but it's never been a problem for us. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

We are a friendly and relaxed household and treat the place like home. We are looking for a likeminded flatmate who wants to join in and cook dinners together and hang out occasionally for drinks, hikes etc. and equally understands when to respect each others space and privacy. We are LGBTQ+ friendly household.
We each have responsibilities in the house for different bills and have a cleaning rota, where each person takes a turn to clean the flat each week and we all help out with the occasional odd job and maintenance. We both work from the office and so this flat would suit someone who wfo or wfh part time e. g. 2 days pw. We would love someone that wants a place to call home and is tidy and considerate - the usual really.

Landlords are really great – they’re super helpful and have always been on top of anything that may need fixing like getting a new washing machine a few months ago, and that’s on top of it being one of the most affordable places to live in London at the moment. Bills get added on to the rent and usually come to around £100 a month - inc. Council Tax, Wifi and water.

All the furniture in the room is mine but will be selling some e. g. bed and mattress if easier for people. Just let me know.
