Small double room in friendly sharehouse

4 hotties looking for their 5th as our current roomie is moving back to Australia (INSERT BIGGEST SAD FACE)

We’re an existing house share with the four roomies all living here for different lengths (2 years, 1 year and 2 only a short while)

Room is available from 29 October. You will need to takeover a spot on the 12 month lease, ending September 1 2025 - reference checks done by the landlord/agency. Deposit will be £585 + bills (£130-£160 a month dep on season, includes cleaner twice a month for communal spaces)

Will be hosting viewings early October - let us know your preferred date and time to come over.

The house:
Two storey terrace houses located just off Green Lanes N4 1HY. 5 bed house all double rooms with a shared bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs. We have historically had such different schedules that there is never any trouble with the shower. Huge kitchen/ dining are with two fridges and garden (big plus in the summer) and cosy lounge for film nights!

Room is on the smaller side so not really space for a desk, we don't mind if you WFH but you'd need to do so in the communal spaces with other roomies who also wfh so just keep that in mind :) comes with double bedframe & matress (although the matress is quite old, you may wish to replace that) small set of drawers & clothes rack. Rug, mirror and side table not included but old roomie may wish to sell so avail for purchase.

Dylan – 26, British, gay, works in marketing and WFH 4 days a week
Hope – 32, Australian, straight, works in policy and WFH 3 days a week
Grace - 26, Irish, Queer, works for a charity and WFH 1 day a week
Lola - 25, British, straight, works in textile design, full time in office.

Looking for someone around similar ages.

We all met as housemates and have become genuine friends and would love for the new housemate to join us for pub trips, quizzes and film nights in the lounge! This is very much a home not just a house share but we all have our own things going on/ friend groups too and respect each other’s privacy/ boundaries. As you can see, we all WFH and have no issues if you do too.

The house is furnished and quite limited on space but if there’s anything you’d desperately like to bring we’re happy to chat about it.

Accessibility: Not very I'm afraid! There’s a step to get in the house and a further step to get through the patio door as well as the second room being further up the flight of stairs!

No pets sorry! But our neighbours cat, Tomi has taken a liking to us and will often be lounging in our back garden or popping inside for some pats.
