Dbl Room in Crouch End/Finsbury Park House Share

Double bedroom with private outdoor terrace available overlooking the garden in a shared house between Crouch End and Finsbury Park. The room is towards the back of the house so it is fairly quiet and you can't hear much of other ongoings in the house. Toilet and bathroom directly next to room for easy access, and only shared with 2-3 other girls.

The house has a large living space in the front, with comfy couches and lots of light. The kitchen is large with two ovens, two sinks, two refrigerators, two washing machines (one with a dryer) and a dishwasher. There is a garden in the back with a ping pong table and large bench sitting area. It gets a ton of sun in the summer and is generally very peaceful. There is a celler with room for a bit of storage. The rent includes payment for a house cleaner to come once a week who will tidy the common areas.

The house is located very close to Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly, Victoria, and National Rail), as well as the Crouch Hill overground station. Just around the corner is a convenient bus stop that can take you to Finsbury Park or up to Ally Pally and towards Wood Green. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to Crouch End Broadway, with loads of shops, restaurants, cafés, and a few smaller supermarkets. Additionally, it is about a 25 minute walk to the Haringey Green Lanes shopping centre with a large Sainsburys, Aldi, Poundland, Superdrug, TKMaxx, and more.

The current flatmates are all super kind and friendly, they are outgoing and like to hangout, but also do their own thing and will let you do the same if you want. Most are working professionals and one student; their professions range from corporate jobs to creative fields. There are two couples and three singles.
