About us:
Emma works in tv & film and Stephen is a lawyer. Our current flatmate is (unfortunately for us) buying a house and plans to leave in early Jan (exact date tbc.). We have all been friends for a couple of years. We love to drink wine on the balcony after a long day or heading down to the pool or gym together. We're looking for someone who'll fit in easily and enrich our living experience!

About the flat:
On the 17th floor in the tallest building in the Woodberry Down development. With floor to ceiling windows the flat is always bright and sunny. As it's a modern building the flat is well ventilated and we rarely need the heating on in the winter. The kitchen/ living area is large and fully furnished.

- You can't hear neighbours or traffic
- Rent includes private access to the buildings gym, pool and spa
- Bills not included and are roughly 100 per month
- Not for someone who has a fear of heights!

About the room:
The room is unfurnished but has a large double wardrobe with loads of built in storage. There is space for a king bed, desk and dresser. The room is light throughout the day and has sunset views.

The location: 5 minute walk from Manor House station on Piccadilly Tube line, great bus links to Hackney, Clapton, Old Street and Finsbury Park. Stamford Hill overground 10 minute walk. Stoke Newington 15 minute walk. Fantastic local pubs, cafes and multiple corner shops and a Sainsbury's local in the building. Short walk to both Finsbury and Clissold Parks. Woodberry Wetlands is on your doorstep. It's 14 minutes on the tube to Holborn and around 9 minutes to Kings Cross.
