We are Rachel and Eshi, looking for a housemate in our cozy and well-located 3-bed flat share in Haringey.

~5 min to Manor House and Haringey Green Lanes stations and ~15 min Finsbury Park station; right next to bus stops with routes across North and to Central London.

The room is unfurnished, and is located in the back of the flat, so it is very quiet and sunny (south facing). The room has previously fit a small double bed, wardrobe and desk. It would suit a young professional who has a hybrid pattern of working but may be more suitable for someone who works full-time.

We’re looking for a chill, amiable, and independent flatmate to share our home. We’re keen to maintain a calm, peaceful, and clean environment in our flat; mindful of each other’s needs - so no party animals please!

That said, in our spare time, we love swimming, trying new food places (our area has amazing bakeries) and chatting around the kitchen table as we cook. We have a shared love for Korean food and culture!

Our flat would also suit someone who loves green spaces - we’re just next to the beautiful Finsbury Park and ~15 min walk from Clissold Park- a great place for a weekend stroll/picnic/cycle.

About Us:

Rachel (she/her), 32- print technician working in a university in Central, has a love for plushie toys and K-pop. She also enjoys crochet, embroidery, and wearing colourful outfits.

Eshi (she/her), 26- civil servant who loves to bake, listen to podcasts, go to the theatre and travel.

About you:

You’ll be someone who is independent, respects others’ energy levels, mindful of how your actions can influence others' wellbeing in our shared house.

You’d much prefer cute, comfortable, cosy vibes, like going on a little trip to get plant pots, housemates’ dinner & drinks at a local pub / bubble tea together once in a while, over wild nights and parties.
