Hellooo! Subletting my double room in Stoke Newington. Super quiet & cosy flat. Amazing location - 2min walk to Clissold Park, 7min walk to Victoria Line in Finsbury Park

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian Terrace. Bright & warm south facing living room with split level kitchen / dining. Spacious bedroom with WFH options in the kitchen & bedroom. The bathroom is recently refurbished too. The kitchen is nothing special but it does have a dishwasher (!) It's a quiet and very chilled atmosphere.

Sharing with CJ, (29, Irish, hardest working man in showbiz), works in the music industry and is 10/10 friendly, clean and a great cook - an all round good sort who is very busy during the week. The house is very much a cosy refuge from the madness outside. So no parties or funny business.
