Room for rent in 5 bed house in Harringay. The room available is on the second floor and comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The bed and desk are my own, so will be taking these with me.

The house has a loft which is used for visitors and drying clothes as well as storage space. There is a shared reception/living room with a sofa and storage space and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath/shower.

Well connected, a few minutes walk from Finsbury Park, 5 minutes walk to Harringay National Rail, 5-10 minutes walk to Harringay Green Lanes (Overground), 10-15 minutes to Manor House (Piccadilly line) and 15-20 to Finsbury Park (Victoria line). Local retail park including Aldi and Sainsbury's down the road.

Rent is currently £760 per month excluding bills, deposit is £923.08. Bills come to roughly £105 a month.

Current tenants include 2 girls and 2 boys, all friendly and working professionals between 24-27.

I am looking to move out the weekend of the 9th May, so the room will be available from late Sunday 11th/Monday 12th May.
