Top floor room in a lovely shared flat

Looking for someone to take over my top floor room in a lovely shared flat on Digby Crescent situated in Hackney.

The kitchen, bathroom and balcony are shared with 2 other flatmates (working professionals, 20/30). There is no living room in the flat but our rooms are big enough to have your own living space along with a bed comfortably. The room comes partly furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a sofa. It’s a very social flat and if you like quiet the top floor room I’m offering has that too.

The place is not far from Church Street and Stoke Newington, and Finsbury Park station is a 10min walk up the road. Lot's of nice pubs and shops nearby as well as Clissold Park being right on the doorstep.
