This is a large furnished double bedroom, with big windows so lots a natural light. You have your own bathroom (not ensuite) just off the bedroom. The house is shared with 3 other people, but one is away a lot. There is a nice living room, and the kitchen is large, so you have a lot of cupboard space.

The house is across from the Castle Climbing Centre, between two lovely parks and right next to the reservoir. It has great transport links - 141 and 341 bus routes, 10 mins to Manor House station for the Picadilly line, 10 mins to Finsbury Park for the Victoria line. Shops nearby and the Brownswood is a great local pub.

Bills are approx. £100 per month including council tax. You will need to be added to the lease and be approved by the agency. You will need to pass an affordability test by having an annual salary of at least 30x the monthly rent.

Move in is set for July 7th, but I can possibly be flexible.
