Looking for a 4th roommate from September

Hello everyone! We are currently 3 French students studying International Relations at SOAS and have an appartement in north London (zone 2, 20-30 mins max from central London). We speak perfectly English and would be interested in a 4th flat mate since the appartement has 4 double rooms. The whole flat is furnished (double- bed, desk, closet in each room. Living room is composed of 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs. Washing machine and dishwasher is also present. A terrace/rooftop is also included). The price would be around 800-900 pounds per month with bills included and we will start to move in mid-august or September. We are outgoing students, love travelling, having conversations, dynamic, fun but we are also chill relaxed and have cozy little dinners with a night in. We are clean, healthy and money wise stable.
