Fixed short-term September let in London N4 🌳

Hi! I have a short term let available in my place between 18 September - 2nd October. The flat is in a quiet North London block of flats (Zone 2, Hackney) with great transport links, a spacious living room, and a small balcony with lots of plants.

The room is a bright, comfortable double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and computer monitor - ideal for a relaxed base while visiting or working in London. Bedding and towels are provided. You’d also have use of the kitchen and shared living room. All bills are included.

My flat is in an amazing location, 2 minutes from Manor House tube station, Finsbury Park on your doorstep and lots of green space, a swimming lake, climbing centre, loads of good food options and cinema within walking distance. Excellent transport links with buses, tube and overground. 20 minutes door to door to central London and within easy reach of East London.

During one week of the stay (21st to 28th September) I’ll be away, so I’m looking for someone who’d be happy to feed my friendly, chill cat and keep her company. This is reflected in the price. There are no other flatmates and so during this time you’d have the place to yourself!

The room would suit someone who is visiting London for a short time or in between flats. Hopefully goes without saying, but it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone who doesn’t like cats or is allergic.

About me: originally from London, and currently work as a programme manager at a charity. In my free time, I love music, swimming, food, film, travelling and being outdoors. I'm lefty and LGBTQ+ friendly :)

Let dates: 18th September to 1st October (14 nights total) but can be a bit flexible a couple of days either side of those if needed and may also consider a longer let. However, you’d definitely need to be there between 21st and 28th Sept as that’s when I will be away. Let me know a bit about yourself if you’re interested!
