The room is 1100pcm including all bills, and is a large fully furnished double room including ottoman bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and fitted desk.
The flat is a 3-bed, as two of us are a couple sharing a room with an ensuite so you'll be sharing a bathroom with one person.
Large living room fully furnished, with kitchen, dining room, garden, and parking garage.
Nearest stations walking distance Crouch Hill overground (10mins) / Harringey Thameslink (10mins) / finsbury park (20 mins)
We have fairly active social lives but also enjoy staying in and watching films, or going to one of the many excellent pubs within a 0.5m radius.
