* Friendly neighbours-looking for someone respectful of noise, tidy.

* Looking for a solo person, female preferred, tidy, respectful of noise
* No smokers or pets

(There will be a uk kingsize mattress) on the same bed frame instead of current setup pictured & suitcases removed.
