Double room for a girly - ideally - in a 3 bed

Hi everyone! We have a double room for single occupancy available in our girly 3 bed ground floor flat in N4.

💰Price: 695pcm (+ bills which average 110-150) + deposit around 1 months rent (tbc w landlord)

🫶🏻About you: late 20’s to mid 30’s girly - ideally - who works outside the house. Hopefully you’re calm, want a peaceful home and love having a giggle/pub trip/work out class and making the home feel comfy and clean. The room isn’t quite big enough for a desk, though it depends on how much you have. We’re happy for you to work from the kitchen/living area once a week, but as it’s a shared communal space, we’d like to avoid it becoming a full-time workspace so everyone feels comfortable using it :)

🙋🏻‍♀️About us: You’ll be living with Gina (32) and Rosie (29). Gina is a student, and works in health and fitness and Rosie works for a higher education charity. We both love trashy tv, girly dinners, Barrys classes, boy chat and having a good ol moan about our days over a cup of tea.

📍Area & Transport links: 5 minute walk to Manor house station, 10 - 15mins walk to suffragette & weaver lines. Walking distance to a big Aldi, Sainsbury’s and to both Clissold and Finsbury park.

📅 Move in date: from Thursday 26th Feb (please only respond to this ad if you can move in then)

🛌 About the room: The room comes furnished with curtains, a double bed and its own door onto our private decking space.

🌿 Note: Not a party house and we love our home peaceful, positive, clean, cute and friendly. It would be great if we all got on and you want to join for occasional evening hangs and gossip hour
