The flat is a spacious 2 bed, both bedrooms with their own en suite and plenty of storage. The living space is bright and also very spacious with its own balcony overlooking the reservoirs next to Clissold Park.
The building has a 24 hour concierge service, swimming pool and gym which are free and available for residents.
The other flatmate is a friend of mine so ideally I’d want someone who will continue the relaxed and friendly environment we have at the moment. We both tend to be quite busy, but enjoy a bowl of pasta together or a relaxed weekend when we’re both around :)
I’m looking for someone to take over the contract from February to June, however if you’re looking for something longer term, you may be able to extend the contract past June as we have in the past.
The contract requires the tenant to be earning upwards of £51k or to have a guarantor with a UK income and annual earnings of £97,200 +
