I have lived here for almost 3 years and adore our little home we have created!

The room:
- double room partly furnished with bed, wardrobe (I might leave chest of drawers/clothes rack - happy to discuss)
- high ceilings, decent size, enough room for desk + extra storage if needed

The flat:
- 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shared living area
- fold out couch for movie nights and guests!
- double glazed, radiator heating (the place warms up nicely in the winter)
- washing machine
- small but mighty kitchen and old school bathroom give the place some character

The area:
- 10 min walk to either Arsenal (Piccadilly) or Finsbury Park (Piccadilly, Victoria, national rail)
- 5 mins to the lovely Clissold park
- 15 mins to Highbury fields
- loads of nice cafes (finks) and wine bars (top cuvée) round the corner

Flatmates:
- living with Emily and Kirsty both from NZ in late 20s/early 30s
- both working full time
- social and enjoy the odd pub night/dinner out but respect their own space as well

About you:

Rent is £1150 INCLUDING all bills, there’s often a bit left over so this gets kept aside for emergencies and then divvied up amongst the flat every 6 months or so :)
