Room Available – Manor House Warehouse

We have 1 room available in our happy warehouse at £762pcm from mid Feb – including all bills, internet, biweekly cleaner, joint kitty, etc...

A bit about the house; there are currently 7 of us (you will be the 8th!) all in our 20s-30s. We’re ideally looking for somebody that goes by she/her or they/them to keep our 50/50 split but we’ll prioritise a great fit ☺️ Someone who wants to be a part of our friendly, laid back family/space. We all work different schedules but, will regularly stay up chatting about life, making the most out of our evenings, enjoying our weekends and heading out together.

The rooms are all good-sized double bedrooms with windows. The rest of the warehouse is well kitted for shared living with two of everything, two bathrooms, ovens, washing machines.... We have a projector, Apple TV and way too many sofas for movie nights. We have a large shared courtyard and some amazing neighbours

The warehouse itself is located close to all convenient amenities. We're around a 10-minute walk to Manor House station (Piccadilly Line), Harringay Green Lanes/Harringay (Overground), and Stamford Hill (Overground). With all the transport lines you need, you can get to Kings Cross in around 20-minutes. There is a large Aldi and Sainsbury's just a five-minute walk away.

The ideal housemate would be friendly and easy-going, know how to tidy up after themselves and will generally make a positive contribution to the house dynamic.
