We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 3-bed flat in a brilliant location overlooking Clissold Park. The room is on the smaller side (cozy but comfortable) and priced accordingly at £758 per month, plus approximately £100 in bills.

Two male young professionals. We both work from home fairly regularly. The flat is social but balanced - we often chat in the evenings, sometimes cook together, and occasionally head out for a drink or activity. Weekdays are generally relaxed; we host friends occasionally, mostly on weekends.
