- one shared bathroom between the 3 of us
- A balcony (perfect for drinks in the sun;
- rent will be £1,100 a month, bills not included but are around £120/ month
- the full deposit amount would be £1252

Transport: ~13 min walk from Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line), ~17 min walk from Finsbury Park tube station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines). Also, there's a bus stop directly outside the flat, with 24 hour buses running into central. (141 and 341)

Location: overlooks beautiful Clissold Park, short walks to Stoke Newington, Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park. Also close to fun nights out in Dalston

About the girls:

2 girls age 25, both working full time (in office/ WFH) and would want someone of a similar age, also working (sorry no students). Looking for someone fun and sociable. Love a fun night out, but also a chill night in. Both quite active (running / swimming / cycling) so bonus if you are also!

Minimum stay: 3 months. April - July. The girls are looking at potentially moving out around July time but there would of course be the option to extend beyond this.
