N4: Double bedroom free in queer 2-bed flat!

hi there! I’m looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat from 1st September (could look at a slightly earlier start date if needed).
Price: approx £1050 pcm + bills
The flat is in N4, just a few mins walk from Manor House station, also close to shops & pubs as well as Finsbury park, Clissold park and the west reservoir.
Ideally looking to find someone who isn’t a big party person, would love the flat to be a peaceful home. Always down to watch a documentary or reality tv show together!
I work from the office Monday-Thursday.
There’s space in the room for a desk and also a dining table in the living room if needed. The room can be furnished/unfurnished as you need.
The room is currently being used as a study / storage space hence the mess, but it is more than suitable for a double bed, desk etc.
